Palace Geneva

Its distance from the lake is optimal: clinging to the side of the hill, it guarantees a breathtaking 180° view from Geneva to the borders of Lausanne. Its location also allows it to benefit from the proximity of a fast access road to the city without enduring the noise pollution of the traffic below.
The villa is built in a landscaped park of 6,000 m². The high railings lined with dense vegetation guarantee total discretion.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION 
The villa consists of a main building connected to three annexes built in espaliers, each of which can be an independent living space. 
This set includes:

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Only noble and excellent quality materials, as well as equipment of the best invoices were used for this unique achievement which is still in new condition:  
- Beautiful marbles and granites, cut stones and chiseled columns
- The gates and gates of the entrances to the park, as well as all the ironwork are forged works, some of which are rare original pieces dating from the 18th century
- the technical equipment and its management have been studied and installed by the most reputable European companies. All the buildings benefit from a triple central heating and cooling system: underfloor heating, mixed energy and auxiliary radiators (winter/summer mode)

Some very 'specific' doors have been reinforced with special steel armor. Each access door is equipped with automatic operation, with electronic locking without visible locksmithing. 
- The property is directly connected to a private protection and security company, with multiple alarm devices on each floor.
- Each glazed opening is equipped with a heavy blind and an anti-burglary mechanism, with implementation of anti-aggression glazing.
- The entire property is equipped with a video surveillance system with a dedicated control room) monitoring of 16 cameras and various security equipment
